     We have experience catering for 30 to 1000 guests. Included in our buffet pricing are all the plastic wear, utensils, equipment, and the personnel to serve you a freshly prepared hot and delicious meal. Prices will vary with the number of guests, distance, and the type of plateware requested. Disposable plateware is included in our pricing. Real plateware and silverware adds $2.00 per person to your bill. We can also provide music, decorations, beverages, Margarita machines, bartenders, and can find a location for your event if necessary. Listed below are our most popular buffets.

Marinated Chicken Tenders rolled in bacon with a jalapeņpo slice inside
deliciously grilled, Spanish rice, Charra beans, Guacamole, Tostados

Traditional Mexican Buffet $12.95

Enchiladas, Spanish Rice, Frijoles, Chile con Carne, Pork Tamales, Guacamole,

Bunuellos, Sherbets, Cookies, Cakes and Pies. If it is not listed, we can make it!

Cakes: Our bakers can provide cakes of all types for any occasion. Just let us know the specifics, and we will quote you a price. Prices range between $3.50 and $4.50 per person.

We can offer drinks, or a bar with beverages such as Coke, Sprite, Dr Pepper, diet Coke, club soda, tonic water, ice, cups, and a bartender starting at $3.50 per guest, and depending on the length of the event.

Alcohol can be handled in one of three ways:

Cash Bar: Each guest pays for his own liquor
Open Bar: Host pays for any and all liquor ordered
Limited Bar: Host limits liquor to just Margaritas.
by the Pitcher: margaritas $27.00 (serves 7)

Margarita Machine Rentals

Machine rentals are $95.00, which includes cups, salt, saltier (device to salt the cup rims), and one mix that makes 75 margaritas. Additional mixes are $12.00. You'll need to provide the liquor. (3 liters of Tequila and 2 liters of Triple Sec or Grand Marnier.)

Entertainment

A single mariachi charges $100.00 per hour, and a trio is $225.00.
